Sunday Brunch at The Landings St. Lucia, A RockResort

One of the things that I love the most is photography... I feel like I am in another world when I have my camera in hand.  My love for it is probably one of the reasons I am working on offering several photography options with Special Moments Caribbean.

One of my favorite places in Saint Lucia is The Landings St. Lucia, A RockResort.   The resort is beautifully landscaped and surrounds a 42 slip yacht harbor. Everyone of the one, two and three bedroom fully furnished suites overlook a water view... either of the yacht harbor or beach front and are all equipped with laundry room, a flat scree TV and bathroom to each bedroom, CD & DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with built in wine rack, dishwasher,  microwave oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans for cooking, bowls and glassware and everything needed... all you need to do is pack your suitcase and come!  You can send a shopping list prior to arrival which will find in your suite prior to arrival, you can eat out or even order room service.  The smallest unit starts at 912 square feet and goes all the way up to 2300 square feet.

There resort offers RockResorts Spa & Fitness Center, two restaurants- one beach club and one fine dinning, one boutique, one gift shop, a complimentary business center service, concierge, three pools, two tennis courts and a watersports department. 
 

      
On  Sunday, The Landings offers a Sunday brunch which you must attend!  With a little band tucked away in the corner, live music serenades the guests while they relax and enjoy an the afternoon.  The staff are enthusiastic and friendly- quality service with a smile.  So I decided to make this week's blog about the beautiful buffet which I enjoyed for lunch!

St Lucia is a beautiful destination which sits in the middle of the Caribbean.  Beach weddings are among the most popular kinds of weddings which take place over here. If planning on destination beach wedding, here are a few things to consider first! 1. Your dress & His Suit!
